1 General Provisions

3 Account Management

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your registered details change (phone number, email, etc.), update them through our support team in a timely manner. uuok99 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no transaction or login for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. In this case the balance will remain intact, but identity verification may be required to reactivate the account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on uuok99 are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if the following conditions are not met:

New members on uuok99 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The uuok99 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver and up to 0.8% for Gold.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets on uuok99 are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, uuok99 reserves the right to cancel it.
